CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Privacy & service information.
What this website collects
Inquiries collect your contact details and buying preferences. If you sign in, your account identity connects you to your saved cases, messages and documents. Dealer and partner applications collect business contact details and service areas.
Who can see your case
Your signed-in account and authorized Auto Advocates staff can access your case. Invited dealers receive a case-specific vehicle brief prepared by staff, rather than access to your profile or documents. Reviewed quotes appear in your workspace. Selecting an offer reveals the dealer contact for the next step; it does not reserve or buy a vehicle.
Keep sensitive data out
Use uploads for vehicle quotes and paperwork with sensitive fields redacted. Do not upload Social Security numbers, bank account details, identification documents or full credit reports. Credit applications must use an identified dealer or lender's approved process.
Scope, fees and payment
Sending an inquiry starts a conversation; service begins once we agree on your needs and scope. Coverage, capacity, deliverables, support, cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in your service agreement before payment. No payment or vehicle deposit is collected on this website. The Utah referral service may include separate dealer compensation. Any relevant relationship is disclosed in the service terms.
Newsletter preferences
Newsletter signup records your email, selected buyer or dealer audience and consent. Only authorized staff can view the list. Email delivery has not launched. Future messages will include an unsubscribe link; you can also request removal through our inquiry form. We do not publish or sell this list.
Career applications
Career introductions collect your name, contact email, location, experience summary and optional PDF résumé for opportunity review. Résumés are stored privately and downloads require authorized team access. Do not include government identifiers, birth dates, bank details or references’ private information. Use the inquiry form to request correction or deletion.
Questions or corrections
Use your case messages to request a correction, ask about access, or request deletion. If you do not have a case, use the inquiry form and identify your request. Do not include sensitive information.
